Session On: Energy and the Environment

The ability to work is defined as energy. It can take the form of green energy, potential energy, kinetic energy, thermal energy, electrical energy, chemical energy, nuclear energy, or other forms. Air pollution, climate change, water pollution, thermal pollution and solid waste disposal are only a few of the environmental issues directly linked to green energy. Air pollution in cities is mostly caused by the burning of fossil fuels.
