Green nanotechnology led to the development of green energy to reduce possible environmental and human health concerns connected with the creation and use of nanotechnology products. It refers to the use of nanotechnology to improve the environmental sustainability of operations that produce negative externalities. It also refers to the usage of nanotechnology goods to improve sustainability.

Renewable energy is obtained from renewable resources that naturally regenerate themselves over time. Examples include waves, rain, sunlight, tides, wind and geothermal heat. A renewable resource, also known as a flow resource, is a natural resource that will refill to replace the amount that has been exhausted by use and consumption.

A professional engineering discipline that brings together broad scientific disciplines in the green power such as chemistry, biology, geology, microbiology, hydrology, ecology  and mathematics to create solutions that protect and improve the health of living organisms while also improving the quality of the environment. The design and application of green energy models of the environment are known as environmental modeling. Environmental modeling may be used for pure study and a better understanding of environmental systems, or it can be utilized to provide an interdisciplinary analysis that can help with decision-making and policy.

An organic resource that is green energy and comes from plants and animals. Biomass is a popular fuel in many countries, especially for cooking and heating in underdeveloped nations.

The ability to work is defined as energy. It can take the form of green energy, potential energy, kinetic energy, thermal energy, electrical energy, chemical energy, nuclear energy, or other forms. Air pollution, climate change, water pollution, thermal pollution and solid waste disposal are only a few of the environmental issues directly linked to green energy. Air pollution in cities is mostly caused by the burning of fossil fuels.

The endeavor to minimize energy consumption by utilizing green energy. This can be accomplished by either using green energy more effectively (using less energy for a constant service) or lowering the amount of service provided (for example, by driving less). Energy-saving measures include turning off lights when leaving a room, disconnecting equipment when not in use and walking instead of driving. People save energy for two major reasons: to have more control over their energy expenses and to minimize the demand for the earth's natural resources.

green energy economy attempts to reduce environmental dangers and ecological scarcities while also pursuing long-term development that does not harm the environment. A practice of promoting long-term green energy growth by encouraging public and private investment in infrastructure that promotes social and environmental sustainability.

Long-term changes in temperature and weather patterns are referred to as climate change.  This is due to over exploitation of resources and usage of non-green products. Humans should consider the climate change and decide to start using green power for a better future. Although these changes are natural, human activities have been the primary cause of climate change since the 1800s, owing to the burning of fossil fuels (such as coal, oil and gas), which creates heat-trapping gases.

A field of biotechnology that involves removing toxins, pollutants and poisons from the soil, water and other environments using living organisms such as microorganisms and bacteria. It works by encouraging the development of green energy by bacteria that feed on pollutants such as oil, solvents and pesticides for food and energy.

The presence of hazardous compounds can be reduced by using green products (pollutants or contaminants) in such quantities in the soil endangers human health and/or the environment. when the levels of pollutants in soil surpass the levels that should naturally be present, even if the levels are not high enough to constitute a concern. All soils, whether contaminated or not, contain a range of naturally occurring substances (contaminants). Metals, inorganic ions and salts are examples of pollutants.

The scientific study of living creatures' interactions with one another and their surroundings in the setting of an urban environment is known as urban ecology.

The term "urban environment" refers to the area dominated by high-density residential and commercial structures, paved surfaces, and other urban-related elements that form a landscape that is unlike any previously studied ecosystems in ecology.

It is a social movement that seeks to redress the inequitable exposure of poor and vulnerable populations to the dangers of resource exploitation, toxic waste, and another land usage. Green products can do environmental justice if we handle it wisely.

Fuels made from renewable resources are known as renewable fuels. Biofuels and hydrogen fuel are two examples. Usage of green fuels can reduce the consumption of nonrenewable resources. Nonrenewable fuels such as natural gas, LPG, biogas, biofuel, petroleum, and other fossil fuels, as well as nuclear energy, are not renewable.

For usage in fuel cell automobiles, hydrogen is a potentially emissions-free alternative fuel that can be created from local resources. Natural gas is a readily available gaseous fuel with substantial cost savings over gasoline and diesel.

The term "Global change" refers to changes in the Earth system as a whole, including interacting physicochemical and biological components. as well as the influence of human cultures on the components and vice versa As a result, Earth system science is used to investigate the changes. The unexplored green energy and over utilization of nonrenewable resources leads to the global change.

Resource recovery has become trend in recent days. It is the process of separating elements from the trash that may be recycled into new goods or utilized as an alternative energy source to fossil fuels, to divert as much garbage as possible from landfills.
